How It Works
Step 1 - Film Your Stroke
Submit your swim video and receive a personalized stroke analysis from Coach Peter Andrew, the most foremost USRPT Coach and Father of Olympic medalist Michael Andrew.
Step 2 - Expert Analysis by Olympic Coach
Coach Peter Andrew reviews your stroke and identifies key technique flaws
Step 3 - Personalized Feedback
You receive detailed coaching feedback through the OnForm video analysis platform. Corrections, explanations, and exercises are provided so you know exactly what to work on.
Step 4
After implementing corrections, swimmers may submit new footage to measure progress.

Submission Instructions
Submit Front View and Side View Video. Videos can be recorded using a GoPro, Waterproof Phone or a DJI
How to Submit your Video (To ensure accurate analysis, swimmers must submit:
Video 1 - Front View (Swim toward the camera underwater)
Video 2 - Side View (Film the swimmer passing the camera from the side.
Record one full length of the pool for each view if possible.
